Not yet.  The 1-way modems work fine with ipmasq.  Be advised that you
**MUST** have a windows or mac box for the installers to install to.  They
wont install otherwise.  The only areas i know that are getting 2way right
now are north subarbs and around st. paul it seems.  Maple grove should be
early next year (yay!).

The cable modems are of the 3com variety for the 2way cable.  (As seen at
state fair.)  Try to find some info on them in the cable modem howto's
floating around.

That shouldn't be an issue, unless ppp-over-ethernet doesn't work in linux
(yet). (i thought it did)  You can ipmasq over any valid route.
