Q: reset Cisco 675 DSL router to defaults

greetings!

I've a friend who was able to get DSL service from USW[e,or]st, and has 
either had his router hacked, or has somehow spaced the admin password.  He 
would like to get control of his router back.  I'm sure that there is a way 
to reset the box to restore the defaults, but am not sure what it is.  I'm 
pretty sure he would have the Cisco 675 external box.

Any ideas?
