3c509 = IRQ 10  Address 0x0300
3c905 = IRQ 11  Address 0xdc00

Doesn't look like an IRQ problem to me...

Though, /proc/interrupts was looking interesting...
eth0 having tons of interrupts, and eth1 having zero....

That says SOMETHING....
