If you make this system, it would be an amazing contribution to the Linux
(and wider Unix) communities.

This could be the start of such a system. But how do man2html and
info2html work? I assume info2html keeps info's hyperlinks, but does
man2html do anything except convert troff->html? It'd be awesome if it
already did some hyperlinking for you...
