Mail formatting (was Re: [TCLUG:13752] permissions)

Just to set the record straight, that wasn't HTML (well, it didn't show
up as HTML on my system).  It was quoted-printable text (which, I agree,
is equally annoying in many situations).  For some reason, Netscape 4.7
is finally understanding that encoding, which it didn't seem to do
before....  *shrug*

IMHO, there is way too much divergence in e-mail clients and the formats
they use these days.  Someone needs to organize a group to re-think the
whole problem..
