I'm just starting to renumber.  The new block is 208.42.20/23, VISI will
still be routing 209.98.16.0/20 to sihope.  You should be able to
traceroute to 208.42.21.193 (my workstation) and go through VISI
though.  The 209.98.25 is non-portable.
