Re: [TCLUG:12053] traffic shaper
Now, it is possible that the module creates the required device
automatically, but it probably does not.
Did you check to see if the device, shaper1, exists under /dev?
Perhaps a ./MAKEDEV shaper1 will work. Or perhaps you will have to run
mknod manually to create the device file.
