Actually, the procmail script goes from old format->MIME, not
the other way around. And, I don't have it. :-(
Maybe I should sit down in my copious free time and write
something which will convert MIME stuff to old format. It shouldn't be
too hard, and should provide a project that will make a good testbed for
any MIME libraries I write.
