Issues raised today

Hm, I think that with Tim's experience today, it would be a great idea to
have a security meeting to go over best practices, and the basics of
security in the UNIX world, as well as info on the distros that people all
know and love, RH, Deb, and Slack. I know this is a HUGE subject, but I
think the focus could be something like workstations and servers,
commonalities, and specifics for both, and going into well known programs
such as Apache, sendmail, inetd, ssh, etc, and to talk about the various
security resources "out there". I would be willing to put together a
presentation, or coordinate presentations by a few people for the February
or (preferably) March meeting. What does everyone think about that?
