Hi Clay,

My name is Stephen O'Connor, and I work for a training firm called Benchmark Computer Learning in Edina.  Depending on your space requirements, I would like to offer our facility for the next install fest.  We have a seminar room that could fit roughly 50 people and their computers very comfortably.  If the space requirement is a bit smaller, we've got classrooms that could fit 13 to 14.  Power is readily available, as is connectivity to our T1.  The only issues on my end would be scheduling the rooms in advance.  It would be much easier on the weekend.  Let me know what you think, if the facility sounds big enough, and what time frame you're looking at.
