I'm not sure if dialpad does this, but some of those places will require
you to keep clicking a button over and over again (once every 30-60
seconds) to refresh the ads and to serve as a sort of keepalive thing. 
Of course, you could probably figure out the data that it is sending
back and forth and make some sort of program that does this stuff
automatically..
