Upstream DSL

I'll be moving soon and will be getting DSL when I do. (Well, it's as
certain as it can be before the line is actually activated...) When I do, I
want to get set up with a low-cost, broad-minded upstream provider to give me
a connection point, secondary DNS, a block of 8 static IPs, and maybe an
upstream newsfeed; I'll be running my own primary DNS, web, mail, and
whatever other services I want.

Any suggestions for where to go for this sort of service? I talked to Bob at
the last installfest and it sounds like Real-Time does this sort of thing,
but I'd like to know what other options are also out there.
