I guess not that it really matters but how would the Aureal card stand up to
my AWE64 ?

General nanosystems, and also CompUSA have the aureal vortex
SuperQuad.. which has optical output.. I havn't tried mine in linux
yet.. but I'm going to be replacing win95 as soon as the Hollywood+ drive
improves to the point of usability
