RE: [TCLUG:15386] ApachePDA



I would be surprised if a Palm Pilot would have the memory and bandwidth to
serve web pages on any kind of reasonable basis.  Does Apache have some kind
of cacheing functionality?  That might make sense...

Not to mention, the darned things go through batteries as though 3Com got a
commision from Duracell AND Energizer.

I was just reading on /. That you can now get a beta version of Apache for
the Palm Pilot.  Just out of curiosity but why would anyone want to serve
web pages off of their Palm Pilot?  Just thought I would run it past you
guys.
