Perhaps it does - I know it is due to be fixed in the extreme near term - so
it might already be fixed.  Having said that - it beats ext2fs, which has a
2GB limit.  Also, it is far more stable than any other journaling FS for
Linux currently.  Especially compared to, but not limitted to XFS.
