RE: [TCLUG:21037] recognizing memory
I ran lilo and all is well. It now sees all 80MB (boy does that cut down on
the disk thrashing!).
Thanks to all who contributed to the solution.

Sorry, I have to ask: you're running /sbin/lilo after changing the
"append" line, right?
