     ScriptAlias will be your new friend in this case.  If
this is for the tld, then something like this would work:

     ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ /path/to/actual/cgi-bin/

     The httpd.conf already has a section for this so finding
where to put it should be easy.  Just make sure that your
cgi-bin is chmod 755.
