RE: onvoy (mr.net) dsl + dialup

I am an MR.net (onvoy) dialup customer, and I enjoy a hearty 14.4kbps for $25/month. Im not sure if its the line quality in my neighborhood (blaine) or the isp...(suggestions on a good dialup isp?).
Just thought I'd let you know.
Oh yeah, MR.net hasnt complained (yet) about all the (insert file over 3mb here) I download or anything...I think they pass the responsiblity to the end user.
