Duplicate email from tclug-how to stop?

Over the weekend I wasn't getting any of the subscribed emailing from the
tclug.  Consequently, I resubscribed to the listing.  Today I received a
notice from my ISP that they were having some kind of difficulty and
re-adjustment with the email server.  I didn't know that and I thought I had
been dropped off the tclug list.

Yesterday I resubscribed to tclug.  Today I am getting two of everything.  If
I unscribe just once, will the duplication stop?
