Take a look at the lilo documents in
/usr/doc/lilo-*/

In short you can use 
lilo -u to uninstall it
or should the 
fdisk /mbr work ??

You can look at the /etc/lilo.conf file to see where lilo is installed.

It is a text file and is kind of explains itself. The "boot=" 
defines where lilo is installed.

Change that to point to the linux partition where you want lilo
installed and run lilo when you are in linux and it should
install/configure itself.
