Steve, I added the header changes to mkkey.c from your diffs.  However,
the U.S. mkkey.c is sufficiently different from the Euro mkkey.c that
I think it will require some more tweaking before it will compile under
Win32.  If you get it to work, send me the diff's and I'll merge them
in.
