A couple scrimmages since the netrek games have been pretty lame on
pickup...

(may need world people on -p 4566...but please wait until 9:10 before
using this port)

(may move servers if bad lag...though we really need a better official INL
server up on a semi-permanent basis)

(again, may move servers if lag is bad for everyone and EE may need people
