Ok, these are the tools that I use to send out the messages to the
vanilla-devel mailing list. It run each time there is a commit to the 
repository. 

I am not a perl programmer, so this is a hack. Most of the ideas come from 
the JServer Apache project.

Maybe one of you perl mongers can clean it up and make the reports more 
useful?
