[VANILLA-L:53] Source tree

The re-org of the source tree is going to take more time then I
thought. There are several modules that are compiled several times
with different defines, which alter their functionality.

For instance command.c is compiled with -DROBOT and has several names:

commands_mars.o
commands_puck.o
commands_inl.o

Blah!

Not to mention big blocks of code are either compiled or left out
depending on certain defines.

Ick.
