TCP_NODELAY like behavior on UDP?

Hey all.

Mainly to flesh out the list to see if its working for James. (he's
not geting anything) But I decided to make it somewhat relevant.

Remember that James message about TCP_NODELAY and not quite spitting
out the desired number of upd/sec in TCP mode.  Now vlouie is
complaining of the same thing in UDP, I think.

Related?  Or is it really a COW problem?
