But what I really want is Red Hat and Debian packages. If they are
mentioned on http://www.freshmeat.net/, things move faster.
I've figured out how to make a Red Hat RPM, but I have this problem with
distributing the RSA source with it. So clearly it is going to be a
binary only distribution.
I've also been educated (thanks to #linuxaus irc.linux.org.au) on how to
make a Debian package. It isn't as easy, IMHO.
Have we got any packaging clue around here?
We also have to be VERY careful with the wording on the release to
Freshmeat, so talk to me if you want to take this task on. I do not
want to set expectations about the game as being terribly graphical,
because it is the strategy and team play that matter more.
