UDP -> TCP -> UDP = Ghostbust forced quit.

If you are in UDP mode, force reset to TCP, and then select UDP again,
you get ghostbusted; the reconnect works, but RSA reverification fails,
and you can only quit.

Tried to write 5, 0xbffffad4, 12
write: Transport endpoint is not connected
gwrite failed.

This appears to be a reliable way to simulate this problem.
