end_tourney.pl

I reported this earlier, but perhaps it's a moot bug report since the
end_tourney.pl parser will be replaced.  Anyway, end_tourney.pl continues
to generate bad pwstat.html output with various info missing.  I suspect
that it has to do with certain messages that get truncated, and end_tourney
fails to parse INL_log properly.  There are several examples of the log
files and pwstat.html output on the anx server stats page including last
night's DL game, ftp://ftp.netrek.org/pub/netrek/anx/
