Call me crazy, but as far as I'm concerned I can't abide the idiot on the
other end of the line sound like she's laughing as she says I'm in the hold
queue. Getting a tech on the line with half a clue is hard enough without
some yutz giving me a 'giggle.. you're on hold you stupid sucker, you
actually _THINK_ we give two shits about you' every so often.
