Note:
Your best bet is to load the latest image to get the latest firmware
which I believe is 1.140.
I'm guessing you have a Max 4004 with either DM12's or DM16's K56
Digital Modems. You should load the image below that is for your
environment.
tik.m40 Max 40xx T1/PRI w/ RIP/OSPF, K56 Flex support
tk.m40 Max 40xx T1/PRI w/ RIP/IPX, K56 Flex support
eik.m20 Max 2000 E1/PRI w/ RIP/OSPF, K56 Flex support
ek.m20 Max 2000 E1/PRI w/ RIP/IPX, K56 Flex support
I'm guesing you most likley need the tik.m40 image. All of these images
are located in the following path on the FTP site :
ftp> pwd
257 "/pub/Software-Releases/Max/Patch/Release-5.0Ap33" is current
directory.
