(ASCEND) Proxy Radius

We want our customers to be able to use also the dialin ports of an isp.
We both use radius. The ispīs radius shall contact ours to ask for
authentication the user. 
Is a source for such a radius publicly available? Because we did some
hacks on our radius we cannot use a binary distribution :-(
