(ASCEND) Silence on connect.
We are getting several reports of users connecting to our Max's and
receive dead air, no modem tones nothing. In most cases I have 4000's or
4004's with 48/72 modems, and 48/72 CT1's. During my peak times the boxes
are getting slammed with calls as soon as 1 drops the channel is grabbed
with a new call. Is it possible that the Max is not able to reset the
modems or react quick enough to route the call to a modem? I am running
Ap27 on all but 4 boxes, and will be up to Ap33 next Monday. Does anyone
have any ideas? I remember a thread a few weeks ago about the TNT, can it
handle 288 calls or is that a problem also (running 1.3Ap2)?
