OK, I can both help and relate to this ;-) I have a P75 at home..

a) Do you have CSV = 2 in the telco provisioning (per the provisioning spec
on the WEB site, and in the ?manuals?).
b) Does the warbling sound like a British police siren ?
c) Is this also true when both channels are idle and available?

You should verify that you have ACO for that line. Without it, the *switch*
considers the lines busy and does not offer the call to the P75.

It should have a disclaimer that says *AS LONG AS YOUR LINE IS CORRECTLY
PROVISIONED* - as mine is ;)

The P75 probably is, it's usually the telco provisioning that needs checking.
