Really - NT does MPPC, not Stac. Win95 does MS-Stac instead of Stac.
The difference? Stac = LZS Option 3, MS-Stac = LZS Option 4.
Sure they aren't running Win95?
I also heard recently (second hand from someone who supposedly got it
from MS) that NT5 will not have Stac support after all. But who the
hell knows what Redmond is up to.
I've seen some info that is scary - there is supposed to be a ton of new
proprietary PPP extensions in Win98 and NT5.
