Could be. The machine refuses FTP connections while NT usually accepts them.

Dodn't the 0x80,0x81,0x82 and 0x83 DNS and WINS IPCP options start out as
proprietary, only to be published later as an RFC?
I remember reverse engineering this to implement it on our old UNIX
terminal servers -- I couldn't find docs.
