Re: (ASCEND) SAFirewall - how good is it?




 All my experience comes from playing with the SAM on the pipelines, It
actually works and works quite good. Except, It seems to be a little
memory/processor intensive. For instance on the older pipelines I had a
firewall loaded and had the box do NAT. It brought it to it's knees. I'm
just curious on how a 4004 with 3 pri's and a good size firewall would
perform.
