(ASCEND) Two P130's connecting

Newbie here. Please pardon the ignorance. What are the critical settings to
establish a connection between 2 P130's using ISDN. Both LANs are using NT
server and NETBeui. We use the P130's for Internet access on both LANs, but
would like to be able to dial in to each others network for file-transfer
capabilities.

I've got them to dial each other, but they terminate upon connection.
Passwords are set. Do I need a LAN IP setting? Anything else. Sorry for the
primitive questions. Thanks in advance.
