X.75 (this this the NNI X.25 version of X.75) happens in the carrier
network. Not the Max. This is one of the many difficult points to AO/DI.
The X.25 transit network isn't ubiquitously prepared to scale up to handle
a lot of dynamic VC's. The other major problem is that carriers in general
do not have an army of trained order-takers and other behind the scenes
people to offer this new service.

Ha-Ha-Ha-Ha (maniacal laugh continues...) Somehow I don't think our 100
million-odd modems will go away that fast.
