(ASCEND) Zoom 1.142 Code and AP33?

 Seems as if some of my users are recieving Zoom modems with
firmware : Modem: Zoom K56Flex, ATI3 results: V1.142-K56_DLP_A Z201

 I went to Zoom's Firmware page at 

http://www.zoomtel.com/k56/k56-files.html

There was no link off to this 1.142 software, I tried contacting zoom
but that was no good. I'm curious as to if anyone else has seen this
issue?
