The highest connection speed we have seen is a 44000 with a Boca 56k
modem.  The average is 38000, and rarely a 44000.  We are using
channelized T1s, and are colocated at the phoen company.  They use Nortel
equipment, but I don't know specifics.  However, our problem really isn't
connection speed, it is disconnections on speeds higher than 33.6.
