(ASCEND) IPX Routeing

I'm trying to configure a Pipeline 75 to route both IPX and IP, in a telecommuting setup.

At the moment, I'm having some trouble getting the pipeline to dial reliably when the Windows 95 client machine boots up or otherwise sends a Netware NCP request.

I've been through the manual and I AM configured as stated.

Anyone have any pointers toward where to look?
