(ASCEND) test of channelized E1

Hi Everyone

I have Host serviced that use E1 channelized on TNT & MAX4K.
The Host user connected  56k or 64k to TNT or MAX4k.
I would link know that how to do line test and diagnostic such as DSU/CSU if
happened line fail. Anyone has a idea?
