(ASCEND) Reduced speed after upgrading to 6.1.3

I have a Max 4048 with 2 PRI's into it that was running quite well with
version 5.0Ap33  We have had a few customers asking about upgrades to V.90
so I figured it was about time...

Last night I upgraded it to version 6.1.3 and all seemed to go OK.  When I
tested with a modem from home the download speeds I was getting were
similar to what can be expected from a 14,400 or 9600 baud modem (or
worse).  The modem is a Zoom.  It was giving the same result before and
after I uploaded the V.90 code to it.  At least one other customer has seen
the same thing and I imagine there will be a few complaints coming into the
office today.

Anyone else see a similar problem after upgrading?

I have reloaded the saved configuration, and have tried reloading the
software, but no change.  Suggestions?

How do I go back to the old software if there are no answers to get this
box working?  It's 3:40 AM, I'm tired of "beta testing". Time to do some
"bed-a-testing" :)
