First of all check whether your 4002 has the Data Call option installed:

 x                              x lqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqqk
 x                              x x00-100 Sys Option   x
 x                              x x    Not Installed  ^x
 x                              x x Data Call ...      x
 x                              x x>       Installed  vx

Scroll down in the "Sys Option" menu to find out.

Normally the ISDN users should work just like the modem users.
