(ASCEND) Line buildout

I have a 4000 running 5.0Ap51 connected to a PBX on channel 4 (doing
PRI to T1 conversion).  I may need to set the line buildout on the
T1 to my PBX but the Buildout parameter is "N/A".  Why is this?

Also, I see above that parameter one called "Length" and the manual
briefly mentions cable length.  Is this related to buildout?
