This usually means that the particular card in slot 1/12 didn't past
post or has lost active status, Considering the card wasn't online
it couldn't read the debug profile for the card.

I see this every day, every hour, This is ascends sheepdog code to
recover IP addresses, The TNT's pretty much have been leaking addresses
since day one, So they coded in this accounting process that will run
every few minutes looking for addresses that are not allocated and not
in the pool, Then it echo that console message and recover the address
into the addr pool.
