What software revision is running on your max?
Does the modem connection stop or are you just seeing the ftp
transfer stall? If there's a disconnect, what is the cause code
in the syslog.
Which modem type is your customer using, would it by any chance
be an Elsa Microlink K56flex? Did the customer disable or enable
Software Compression in the Dial-Up Networking? Did he try to
disable V42bis compression with his modem?
