(ASCEND) DMS-10 DSI CARD

Anyone had any success feeding channelized T's into a MAX4048 from
a DMS-10 with a DSI card (not DCM)?   I have the the DMS-10 set to
ESF/B8ZS and the MAX setup for inc-wink-400, but the DMS-10 says it
can't see any responce from the MAX.  According to one of the FAQs
on the Ascend WEB site it makes no difference what the framing and
encoding is from the switch as long as the MAX config matches.
