Re: (ASCEND) 1800's and how hard they blow. (fwd)



Do the PM2 series have STAC compression cards now? This is one of the reasons we
didn't buy the early PM3's was the lack of the compression card. The Ascend
Max1800 has STAC hardware compression build in to it as part of the base cost.
Which for ISDN can make a difference in throughput.
