Ahhhh, this makes a lot of sense... I'd noticed that that parameter was
missing in MP mode, but I figured it was because BACP didn't support
different options for DBA monitoring.
Since someone from Ascend seems to be listening, you may want to
reconsider requiring BACP to be turned on in the Answer profile for
it to be available elsewhere... since most Pipeline boxes that call
ISPs are not set up to accept inbound calls, it's a bit counter
intuitive.
